Description
Crispy and flavorful roasted chickpeas made in an air fryer. Perfect as a snack or salad topping.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For extra crispiness, cook for a few more minutes.
