Description
Crispy roast potatoes with a rich sage butter flavor, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, sage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss potatoes in the butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.

- Use baby potatoes for best texture.
