Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into two rectangles.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture on each pastry rectangle.
  5. Place salmon fillet on top and fold pastry over, sealing edges.
