Description
Quick and easy air fryer salmon fillets for a healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Brush fillets with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly.
- Place fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Remove and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on fillet thickness.
- For crispier skin, cook for an extra 2 minutes.
- Use fresh or frozen (thawed) salmon.
