Description
Crispy, golden pretzel bites made in the air fryer, perfectly salted for a delicious snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Coarse salt for topping
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup baking soda
Instructions
- Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt. Knead until smooth.
- Divide dough into small pieces. Roll into balls.
- Boil water and baking soda. Dip each dough ball for 30 seconds.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle coarse salt.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Check at 8 minutes to avoid overcooking.
