Ingredients
- 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into 4 equal squares per sheet.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto each pastry square.
- Fold each square diagonally into a triangle and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush each turnover with beaten egg.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
