Description

A quick and healthy side dish made with fresh broccoli cooked in an air fryer and tossed with sesame oil and seeds.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss broccoli florets with sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
