Description
A quick and healthy side dish made with fresh broccoli cooked in an air fryer and tossed with sesame oil and seeds.
Ingredients
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss broccoli florets with sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the broccoli before serving.

- Cut broccoli into even-sized florets for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
