Description
A quick and tasty dish made with cabbage and noodles cooked in an air fryer, seasoned with sesame for a flavorful twist.
Ingredients
- 200g noodles
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss the noodles and cabbage mixture with vegetable oil.
- Transfer to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
- Use pre-cooked noodles for quicker preparation.
- For extra crunch, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
