Description

Crispy, golden sesame coconut balls made in the air fryer for a healthier twist. Perfect for a snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Mix shredded coconut, sesame seeds, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add water gradually to the dry ingredients and knead into a dough.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Lightly brush the balls with vegetable oil.
  6. Place the balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Remove when golden brown and let cool before serving.
