A simple and quick cake dessert made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that fits your air fryer.
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer’s power.
- Add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor.
- Double the recipe for a larger cake.
