Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, skin-on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika evenly on both sides.
  5. Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes.
  7. Flip chicken and cook for another 10-12 minutes until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
