Description
Crispy, juicy chicken thighs made in the air fryer with the skin left on for extra flavor and texture.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs, skin-on
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil over the chicken.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika evenly on both sides.
- Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes.
- Flip chicken and cook for another 10-12 minutes until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Dry the chicken well for crispier skin.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
