Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased small baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
  5. Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Check with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
  7. Let cool before serving.
