Ingredients

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped


Instructions

  2. Mix buckwheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl.
