Delicious cupcakes with a s’mores twist, made easy in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 graham crackers, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
- Place cupcakes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use mini marshmallows for even melting.
- Check cupcakes early to avoid overbaking.
