Description
A simple and flavorful chicken dish cooked in an air fryer with soy sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, olive oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken thighs evenly with the marinade.
- Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
