Description
Fluffy pancakes with a hint of eggnog and warm spices, cooked in an air fryer for a quick breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add eggnog, egg, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm with syrup or whipped cream.
Notes
- Use chilled eggnog for best results.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
