Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings or drumettes
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, gochujang, honey, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the marinade.
  2. Coat chicken pieces in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
