Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with the spinach-artichoke mixture.
- Secure the pockets with toothpicks if needed.
- Brush chicken with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
