Description

Juicy chicken stuffed with spinach and feta, cooked to perfection in an air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
  3. Mix spinach, feta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach-feta mixture.
  5. Rub the outside with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
  6. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
