Juicy chicken stuffed with spinach and feta, cooked to perfection in an air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
- Mix spinach, feta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach-feta mixture.
- Rub the outside with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use toothpicks to secure the stuffing if needed.
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with olive oil before cooking.
