Description
Juicy pork chops stuffed with spinach and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each pork chop and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Rub the outside of the pork chops with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use thick-cut pork chops to prevent drying out.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
- Add grated parmesan for extra flavor.
