Description
A quick and easy dessert made in the air fryer with fresh strawberries and a crispy topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries and granulated sugar. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to make the topping.
- Place the strawberry mixture in a small baking dish or air fryer-safe pan.
- Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the strawberries.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until the topping is crispy and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
