Description
A quick and easy air fryer strawberry crisp with a gooey, sweet filling and a crispy topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Rub with fingers until crumbly.
- Transfer strawberry mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle oat topping evenly over strawberries.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on strawberry sweetness.
