Description
A quick and healthy dessert made in the air fryer with fresh strawberries and a high-protein topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss strawberries in a small bowl and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix oats, protein powder, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add honey and coconut oil to the dry mixture, stirring until crumbly.
- Place strawberries in an air fryer-safe dish and top with the oat mixture.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the topping is golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness with more honey if needed.
- Serve with yogurt or whipped cream if desired.
