Description

A quick and healthy dessert made in the air fryer with fresh strawberries and a high-protein topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss strawberries in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, protein powder, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add honey and coconut oil to the dry mixture, stirring until crumbly.
  5. Place strawberries in an air fryer-safe dish and top with the oat mixture.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the topping is golden and crisp.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
