Description
A quick and easy no-bake strawberry crisp made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the oats, almond flour, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Spread the oat mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove and let cool slightly.
- Layer the sliced strawberries in serving bowls and top with the crisp mixture.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust honey to taste if strawberries are very sweet.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
