Description
A quick and easy dessert made with fresh strawberries and a crispy topping using an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries and 1 tablespoon of sugar if needed.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Add melted butter to the dry mixture and mix until crumbly.
- Place the strawberries in an air fryer-safe dish and top with the oat mixture.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the topping is golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sugar based on strawberry sweetness.
- Use gluten-free flour if needed.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream for extra flavor.
