Description

A quick and easy dessert made in the air fryer with fresh strawberries and a crispy oat topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix strawberries with 1 tbsp sugar and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, remaining sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add melted butter to the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
  5. Divide strawberries between two small ramekins.
  6. Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the strawberries.
  7. Place ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
