Description
A quick and easy dessert made in the air fryer with fresh strawberries and a crispy oat topping.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries with 1 tbsp sugar and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, remaining sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter to the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Divide strawberries between two small ramekins.
- Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the strawberries.
- Place ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Check for doneness a few minutes early to avoid burning.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
