Description
A quick and easy dessert made in the air fryer, perfect for Valentine’s Day. Sweet strawberries topped with a crispy oat crumble.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries and granulated sugar. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to make the crumble.
- Divide the strawberries into 2 ramekins or small oven-safe dishes.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the strawberries.
- Place ramekins in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes until the topping is golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste if strawberries are very sweet or tart.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
