Description
A quick and easy winter dessert made in the air fryer with fresh strawberries and a crispy topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon to form the topping.
- Place the sliced strawberries in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the strawberries.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the topping is golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use frozen strawberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the topping.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
