Description
A quick and easy dessert made with fresh strawberries and crescent roll dough, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cold butter, cubed
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Unroll crescent dough and press into a greased air fryer basket.
- In a bowl, mix strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla. Spread over the dough.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over strawberries.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Check crispness after 10 minutes to avoid over-browning.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
