Description

Stuffed bell peppers made in an air fryer for a quick, healthy, and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground meat, cooked rice, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff peppers with the mixture and place in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Top with cheese and tomato sauce.
  7. Cook for another 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Serve warm.
