Description
Sweet and savory stuffed dates with creamy goat cheese, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each date open lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- Fill each date with goat cheese, then press in a few walnut pieces.
- Drizzle lightly with honey and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Place stuffed dates in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes until cheese softens and edges crisp slightly.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use dairy-free cream cheese.
- Pistachios or almonds work well as walnut substitutes.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
