Description
Crispy and flavorful stuffing balls made in the air fryer for a quick and easy side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups prepared stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, melted butter, broth, egg, celery, onion, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands.
- Place the stuffing balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and serve warm.
Notes
- Use leftover stuffing for an even quicker option.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
