Description

Crispy and flavorful stuffing balls made in the air fryer for a quick and easy side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups prepared stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, melted butter, broth, egg, celery, onion, sage, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands.
  5. Place the stuffing balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove and serve warm.
