Description
Quick and easy air-fried sugar donut holes with a crispy outside and soft inside.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp sugar (for coating)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Shape dough into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Roll warm donut holes in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the dough.
