Description
A quick and easy dessert made with sweet cornbread in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups crumbled sweet cornbread
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crumbled cornbread, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until set and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover cornbread for best results.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness of your cornbread.
- Check doneness with a toothpick inserted in the center.
