Description
Decadent brownies made with tahini and cooked in an air fryer for a rich, fudgy texture.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix tahini and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Sift cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt into the mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Use smooth tahini for best results.
- Check brownies early to avoid overcooking.
