Make crispy tater tot egg cups in your air fryer for a quick and delicious breakfast.
Ingredients
- 24 frozen tater tots
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press 3 tater tots into each muffin cup to form a base.
- Air fry for 8 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Crack an egg into each cup.
- Sprinkle cheese, chives, salt, and pepper on top.
- Air fry for another 6-8 minutes until eggs are set.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
