Description
Turn your Thanksgiving leftovers into crispy air fryer egg rolls.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded turkey
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup stuffing
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Mix turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and cabbage in a bowl.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling on each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold sides inward, roll tightly, and seal edges with water.
- Brush rolls lightly with oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook egg rolls for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.

- Use leftover gravy for dipping.
- Adjust cook time based on your air fryer.
- Replace turkey with ham if preferred.
