Description
A quick and easy twist on the classic tiramisu, made in individual cups using an air fryer for a crispy touch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee for 1-2 seconds.
- Layer the soaked ladyfingers and cream mixture in air fryer-safe cups.
- Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes until lightly crispy.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Use cold mascarpone for easier mixing.
- Adjust coffee soaking time for softer or firmer texture.
- Chill for 1 hour for best results.
