Description
Crispy rice cakes with a Turkish delight twist, made easy in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 tbsp Turkish delight, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix rice, Turkish delight, and egg in a bowl.
- Shape into small patties.
- Coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Brush patties with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Flip halfway through.
- Serve warm.

- Use day-old rice for better texture.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
