Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 vanilla wafer cookies
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Place a vanilla wafer in each cupcake liner.
- Fill liners 3/4 full with cheesecake batter.
- Air fry at 300°F for 12-15 minutes.
- Chill for 2 hours before serving.
