Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add oil, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased Bundt pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
Notes
- Use freshly squeezed orange juice for the best flavor.
- If the cake begins to brown too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
