Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add oil, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in apple cider vinegar until fully combined.
