Description

Make crispy air fryer veggie burgers packed with black beans for a healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Mash black beans in a bowl.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, onion, carrot, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and egg. Mix well.
  3. Form into 4 patties.
  4. Brush with olive oil.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Serve warm.
