Description
Make crispy air fryer veggie burgers packed with black beans for a healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mash black beans in a bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, onion, carrot, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and egg. Mix well.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Air fry at 375°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use parchment liner for easy cleanup.
- Chill patties for 10 minutes if too soft.
- Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days.
