Description
Crispy and delicious walnut cookies made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in chopped walnuts.
- Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Place cookies in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra crunch, toast walnuts before adding.
