Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate ganache
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, then add vanilla.
- Fold in the dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a lined air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Let it cool, then roll tightly.
- Whip cream and powdered sugar, then spread over the cake.
- Drizzle with chocolate ganache and serve.
