Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, and garlic until well combined.
  3. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and press one wonton wrapper into each cup.
  4. Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into each wonton cup.
  5. Place the muffin tin in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the wontons are golden and crispy.
