A quick and easy recipe for air fryer spinach artichoke dip cups, perfect for appetizers or snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, and garlic until well combined.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and press one wonton wrapper into each cup.
- Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into each wonton cup.
- Place the muffin tin in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the wontons are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to drain the spinach thoroughly to avoid soggy cups.
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
