Description
Crispy, sweet, and nutty baklava bites made easy in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 10 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix walnuts, pistachios, honey, cinnamon, and cloves in a bowl.
- Cut phyllo dough into squares.
- Brush each sheet lightly with melted butter.
- Place a spoonful of the nut mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the edges of the phyllo dough to enclose the filling.
- Place bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle with extra honey if desired.
Notes
- Work quickly with phyllo dough to prevent drying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crunch, toast nuts before chopping.
