Description
Crispy and flavorful air fryer artichokes make a delicious appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 medium artichokes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Trim the artichokes by cutting off the top third and stem.
- Cut each artichoke in half lengthwise.
- Brush the artichokes with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place artichokes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh artichokes for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Check for doneness by pulling a leaf – it should come off easily.
