Air fryer asparagus is a quick and healthy side dish with a crispy texture.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and trim the tough ends of the asparagus.
- Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Use thin asparagus for best results.
