Description
Crispy air fryer asparagus with a hint of lemon for a fresh and healthy side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus (about 1 lb)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Trim tough ends from asparagus.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place asparagus in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve immediately.

- Use thin asparagus for best results.
- Adjust cooking time for thicker spears.
- Add grated Parmesan after cooking for extra flavor.
