Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place sprouts in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Trim stems and remove loose leaves before cooking.
- Don’t overcrowd the basket for crispier results.
